Return Eligibility
Most unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in original packaging
- Be in resellable condition
- Include all original parts, accessories, and documentation when applicable
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to safety, health, or hazardous material regulations.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Opened pool or spa chemicals
- Hazardous materials
- Used pool maintenance products
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
- Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or carrier claim when applicable.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

- An incorrect item shipped by us
- A verified product defect
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by QueBuy.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins. Once an order has shipped, it will fall under this return and refund policy.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or inability to receive hazardous material shipments may be subject to return shipping fees, restocking fees, or partial refunds depending on the situation and carrier charges incurred.
Exchanges
We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products. If you need a different item, size, or variation, we may recommend placing a new order once the original return has been approved.
