At QueBuy, we are committed to shipping your pool and spa products as quickly, safely, and accurately as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within the day after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak pool season, promotional events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 2-5 business days after the order has shipped.
Since QueBuy ships from New Jersey, customers located in nearby states such as New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and surrounding areas may receive their orders faster, including possible next-business-day delivery on eligible items on all orders placed before 2pm.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on carrier operations, destination, weather conditions, product availability, hazardous material shipping restrictions, and other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Locations
QueBuy currently ships to addresses within the United States. Some products may not be eligible for shipment to certain states, regions, PO boxes, military addresses, or restricted locations due to carrier rules or product-specific restrictions.

We ship orders using trusted carriers, which may include:

- Other regional or specialty carriers when applicable
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product weight, package size, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. Any available shipping options and costs will be shown before you complete your order. Free shipping promo offers available too.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after the package has been picked up or scanned.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. QueBuy is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information entered at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can help review the issue with the carrier. QueBuy is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing, stolen, or not received. However, we will do our best to assist you with the next steps.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will help determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or carrier claim when applicable.

Product and Chemical Shipping Restrictions
Some pool chemicals, spa chemicals, and related products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to carrier rules, hazardous material regulations, or state/local requirements. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we may contact you to discuss available options or cancel and refund the affected item.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, package size, or carrier requirements. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
